Prices / Booking calendar

We are happy to see you being interested in spending your holidays in our house.

Our booking calendar shows you if your preferred date of travel is still vacant. 
If it is not vacant we will always be willing to find an alternative together with you (please contact us). 

The minimum duration is 7 days. Arrival only on Sundays. Prices are listed below - Including 100 EUR cleaning

Low season:
950.00 EUR / week

October - April

Mid season:
1.200,00 EUR / week

May - June

Peak season:
1,450.00 EUR / week

July - September
Prices are for 7 days and for 4 persons altogether. Every added person (older than 7 years) will cost 25,00€/night extra.
All price inkl. 100 EUR cleaning!

The price includes:

  • bedclothes
  • towels, energy, water, heating
  • wlan access  
  • Pool (May - September)

How to pay

  • exclusively by bank transfer
    until 14 days before arrival

Cancellation

If you want to cancel your stay please watch the following costs:
  • up to 30 days before arrival:
    25,00 EUR
  • 14 - 30 days before arrival:
    50% of the total price
  • 0 - 14 days before arrival:
    90% of the total price
Whenever you want to cancel we always try to find new guests to rent. 
If there are new guests for the same time, you will only have to pay 25,00€.

We absolutely recommend getting a travel insurance.
